Your Privacy Rights
Team AGI Games is committed to protecting your data. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.
Consent Management
Under GDPR Article 7(3), you have the right to withdraw consent at any time with equal ease to how it was granted.
Withdraw Consent
Use the in-game settings menu: Privacy > Withdraw Consent. On withdrawal, all automated profiling ceases within 24 hours, your preference profile is purged, and you are removed from social monitoring scope. Backup systems are purged within 30 days.
Object to Profiling (GDPR Art 21)
You may object to profiling based on legitimate interests at any time. On objection, profiling ceases immediately. Profiling data is retained for a maximum of 90 days before deletion.
Opt Out of Social Media Monitoring
You may request exclusion from public social media sentiment monitoring. Contact privacy@team-agi-games.com or use the in-game support portal.
Request Human Review (GDPR Art 22(3))
You may request human review of any significant automated decision (account restrictions, enforcement actions, or materially impactful outcomes). You also have the right to express your point of view and contest the decision. Reviews are completed within 48 hours. Explanations are assembled from deterministic logs — never generated by AI.

Right of Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you (DSAR — Data Subject Access Request).
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to Restriction
Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
Right to Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including social media monitoring and profiling.
California Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell/share), limit sensitive PI use, and non-discrimination.
Authorized Agents
Designate an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf (California residents).
How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise your rights through the following channels. Response timelines: GDPR — within 1 month (extendable by 2 months for complex requests); CCPA — within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days). We will verify your identity before processing requests.
In-Game Privacy Settings
When the game client launches, navigate to Settings > Privacy to manage consent, opt out of profiling, and request decision reviews.
Email Request
Send a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) or any privacy request to privacy@team-agi-games.com. Include your account username or email for identity verification.
Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
