Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Team AGI Games websites, games, or services (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Age Requirements

The Body Broker is an adults-only service. Although the game carries an ESRB Mature (17+) rating, platform access is restricted to users 18 years of age or older as a platform content and safety policy due to the nature of mature content and AI-generated interactions.

Age verification is required at registration. All users provide their date of birth. Users in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and California are additionally required to complete identity verification through a certified third-party provider (e.g., Yoti, Onfido). Only your verification status is stored — never raw identity documents. Verification is valid for 365 days, after which re-verification may be required.

Our age verification practices are informed by applicable child protection and data protection regulations, including COPPA (U.S. children under 13), GDPR Article 8 (EU/EEA digital consent age), California AB 2273 (Age-Appropriate Design Code), and DSA Article 28 (online protection of minors).

Misrepresentation of your age is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3. AI-Generated Content & Interaction Disclosure

Team AGI Games uses artificial intelligence systems to generate in-game content. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Non-Player Characters (NPCs) are AI-operated. All NPC dialogue, behavior, and responses are generated by AI language models. NPCs are not controlled by human operators.
• Visual AI indicator. All AI-generated NPC dialogue is accompanied by a mandatory, non-disableable visual indicator in the game interface. This indicator is always visible during AI interactions and cannot be hidden, removed, or disabled by any player action, in compliance with EU AI Act Article 50 transparency requirements. Attempting to circumvent, tamper with, or hide this indicator is a violation of these Terms.
• Content generation. Game narratives, quest content, environmental descriptions, and other in-game text may be generated or augmented by AI systems.
• Safety measures. All AI-generated content passes through automated content safety filters as part of a broader content governance framework. Despite these safeguards, AI outputs may occasionally contain unexpected or inappropriate content. Please report such instances through in-game reporting tools.

4. Automated Decision-Making

The Platform uses automated systems in various capacities. We classify these into three categories based on their potential impact on you, in accordance with GDPR Articles 21 and 22:

4a. Standard Game Operations (Outside GDPR Art 22 Scope)

The following automated processes are part of standard game delivery and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you:

• NPC dialogue generation
• Game difficulty adjustment
• Content delivery and sequencing
• Standard matchmaking
• Internal model routing and infrastructure decisions

4b. Significant Automated Decisions (Require Consent)

The following automated decisions may have significant financial or access impacts and require your explicit consent (GDPR Art 22(2)(c)):

• Dynamic pricing affecting what you pay
• Content restriction based on behavioral profiling
• Retention-targeted interventions

4c. Decisions With Mandatory Human Review

The following decisions always include human review before finalization, regardless of automated system confidence:

• Account suspension exceeding 24 hours
• Pricing impacts above $5 per player
• Permanent content restriction
• Data deletion or account termination
• Any decision you flag as unfair

4d. Your Rights

• Human review (GDPR Art 22(3)): You may request human review of any significant automated decision affecting you. Reviews are completed within 48 hours.
• Express your view and contest: You have the right to express your point of view and to contest any automated decision through the support portal.
• Object to profiling (GDPR Art 21): You may object to profiling based on legitimate interests at any time through in-game privacy settings.
• Explanation on request: A human-readable explanation of any automated decision is available upon request. Explanations are assembled from deterministic logs and rule-based records — they are never generated by AI.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including studio names, logos, descriptions, creative materials, game assets, and AI-generated content — is the intellectual property of Innovation Forge LLC and Team AGI Games. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent age verification or consent mechanisms
• Use the Platform to generate, store, or distribute harmful content
• Interfere with AI safety filters or content moderation systems
• Exploit AI-generated NPC interactions for purposes not intended by the game design
• Misrepresent your age, identity, or location to access restricted content

7. Disclaimer

Information about games, studios, and development timelines is provided for informational purposes. Game titles, release dates, and features are subject to change. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of future products or investment returns.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Innovation Forge LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-generated content.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including data processed by AI systems. California residents can review their specific rights under California privacy law at our Your Privacy Rights page.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through in-game notification and email for registered users.
